Chicken egg - a very common product in a person's life. In many countries people prefer to start the day with eggs. Chicken eggs - are the most common and affordable eggs in the store.
Different breeds of chickens lay eggs in different colors and sizes. The color of the eggs is not related to its nutritional properties. In Russia and in the United States eggs are usually white or light beige? in the UK - usually light brown.



Calories of egg
Calories of chicken eggs is 157 kcal per 100 grams of product. The weight of egg is about 35-75 grams, and accordingly calories considered depending on the size of the egg and its weight.

The composition of the egg
Chicken egg consists of albumen and yolk. Albumen contains 90% water and 10% protein, yolk contains fat and cholesterol. The total weight of albumen is 56%, yolk - 32%, shell - 12%.
The egg contains 12 vitamins. It is a good source of vitamin A. Chicken eggs contains vitamins of group B (B6, B2, B3, B1, B7, B5, B12), E, ​​D, and also contains choline.

Marking of eggs in Ukraine.

Marking of eggs decrypted very simple. The first letter means sort of egg "C" (from ukrainian "столове" - table). The second letter or number - grade, depending on the size. For example, "C-1" - table egg, grade first. The higher the number - the smaller the size of the eggs.

The highest grade (mark B) - 75 g and more
Selected  grade (mark O) - 65-74.5 g
The first grade (mark 1) - 55-64.9 g
The second grade (mark 2) - 45-54.9 g
The third grade (mark 3) - 35-44.9 g
